Who is responsible

Guangzhou Jewena Jewelry Co., Ltd. operates CEYVI and is responsible for the personal information we collect through ceyvi.com. Our address is Room B127, 6/F, No. 55 Huangcun Road, Tianhe District, Guangzhou, Guangdong, 510660, China. For privacy requests, email [email protected].

Information we use

Checkout collects your name, email address, delivery address and order selections. We retain order totals, your acceptance of the delivery terms, payment references and payment status. Customer care also receives the information you choose to send us.

We use these details to handle your purchase, delivery, returns and enquiries, prevent fraud, and meet accounting and legal obligations. Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, these activities rely on performing your purchase contract, legal obligations or legitimate interests in operating and protecting the store.

Payments and service providers

PayPal processes your payment and receives the order and delivery information needed for checkout. CEYVI does not receive or store your complete card number or PayPal password. PayPal's own privacy statement explains its processing.

We share necessary details with delivery partners, our hosting and security providers, and our customer care team. Cloudflare handles traffic delivery and security and may process connection, device and performance information. Information may be processed in China and other countries where these providers operate, subject to applicable data-protection requirements. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and browser storage

An essential store session cookie supports your shopping bag and expires after 30 days. Your browser's session storage retains an in-progress checkout so it can be resumed without starting another order. PayPal may use its own cookies when payment options load or you interact with its checkout. Blocking essential storage can prevent checkout from working.

Optional website analytics

With your permission, we use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors browse our public shopping pages through clicks, scrolling, heatmaps and session replay. Clarity processes page URLs, browser and device information and online identifiers, using cookies and similar technologies to connect visits. We use these insights to improve the store. We do not enable advertising consent through this choice.

Clarity is not loaded until you select “Allow analytics”. Form inputs are masked, and our checkout, payment return and private order pages are excluded from recording. You can decline without affecting shopping, or change your choice at any time using “Privacy choices” in the footer. We remember your choice in this browser for up to 180 days. Microsoft may process analytics data outside your country; see the Microsoft Privacy Statement for details.

Retention and your choices

We keep order, payment and support records for the time needed to fulfil purchases, resolve disputes, maintain accounting records and satisfy legal obligations. The required period depends on the record and applicable law.

Depending on your location, you may ask to access, correct or delete information, obtain a copy, restrict processing or object to it. Some records must be retained for legal reasons. Contact us to make a request; we may need to verify your identity. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
