Products and orders

Check the selected size, option, quantity and product description before ordering. Materials and finishes are stated for each product; descriptions of one piece do not apply to every item. A ring resizing service is not included.

You must be legally able to make the purchase and provide accurate contact and delivery details. Order availability is checked during checkout. If a stock or pricing problem prevents fulfilment after payment, we will contact you and arrange a refund for anything we cannot supply.

Prices and payment

All charges are in US dollars (USD). Shipping is free and duties and taxes are included in the checkout total. CEYVI adds no separate PayPal fee. PayPal handles payment securely; any currency conversion offered by PayPal or your card issuer is governed by that provider.

A pending order is not a payment confirmation. Check the result on your order confirmation page and retain your order number. If the result is unclear, use the existing order's payment-status check or contact us before trying again.

Delivery and returns

Orders ship from China with an estimated delivery time of 15–20 business days. Our shipping policy and returns policy form part of these terms. Contact us promptly about an address correction or cancellation. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Privacy and support

Our privacy policy explains how order and contact information is used. Please use our website lawfully and do not misuse payment or account information belonging to another person. For any concern, contact customer care so we can investigate.
