Delivery and total price

Orders ship from China. Processing takes 5 business days before dispatch, followed by an estimated 15–20 business days in transit. Total estimated delivery is 20–25 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. We will contact you if we become aware of a material delay.

Our order cut-off is 18:00 China Standard Time (UTC+8), Monday to Friday. Orders placed after cut-off, on weekends or on public holidays start processing on the next business day.

Shipping is free, and duties and taxes are included in the checkout total. You do not need to choose a shipping service. If a carrier requests an unexpected import payment, contact [email protected] with your CEYVI order number and the notice so we can resolve it.
